The Stover Scholars program invites applications from outstanding students who would like to understand—and ultimately to influence—the way the United States Constitution shapes American life today.
Stover Scholars are expected to have a 3.5 high school GPA and commensurately high SAT/ACT scores. The Center seeks scholars who are creative and committed leaders, involved in their schools and communities, particularly through student government, debate teams, school newspapers, church-related programs, or organizations such as or Boys/Girls State and Model U.N. Many have also volunteered in electoral campaigns.
